8. License Plate Identification
There are some cases where in embossing is not the best term at all. So, what’s new? Here comes license plate identification. This is very relevant in this phase of license plate production especially when manufacturers are committed to the sheer power of computer technology. This aspect of the manufacturing process is where a certain plate number is assigned to a specific blank. In traditional method, the symbol and the alpha numeric are embossed or subject to debossing method. On the other hand, digital systems directly print the identification number on the plate sheeting applied to aluminium at the blanking line in order to come up with the number plate.
